Health Policy & Management – AI Content Specialist
About the Role
Your public health expertise is more valuable than ever — and not just in the clinic or the policy room. We're looking for Masters in Public Health (MPH) professionals to help ensure AI gets health right.
This is a rare opportunity to apply your epidemiology, biostatistics, and health policy knowledge to one of the most consequential technology challenges of our time: making AI a trustworthy source of health information.

What You'll Do
- Design Complex Health Scenarios — Create advanced public health challenges involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and statistical interpretation of clinical trials to rigorously test AI reasoning.
- Author Ground-Truth Responses — Write rigorous, step-by-step solutions that synthesize peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and current guidelines from authoritative sources like CDC and WHO.
- Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for factual accuracy, logical consistency, bias, and adherence to ethical standards. Identify gaps and misinformation in AI health reasoning.
- Refine AI Reasoning — Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI models distinguish correlation from causation, communicate health risks accurately, and serve diverse populations equitably.
Who You Are
- Advanced Degree Holder — You hold an MPH, MSPH, or closely related graduate degree in a public health discipline.
- Domain Expert — You have strong foundational knowledge in at least two of the following: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy.
- Clear Communicator — You can translate complex health data into clear, culturally sensitive, and actionable written content.
- Detail-Oriented — You bring precision to statistical analysis, data citations, and evaluation of health intervention logic.
- Independent and Self-Motivated — You thrive working asynchronously and managing your own time.
- No AI experience required — We'll onboard you fully.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation workflows
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as R, SAS, or Stata
- Background in health communication, clinical research coordination, or public health surveillance
