Job description
Health Policy & Management — AI Content Specialist
About the Role
Your public health expertise is more valuable than ever — and not just in a clinic or policy office. Alignerr partners with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, safer AI models, and we need credentialed public health professionals to help get it right.
As a Health Policy & Management AI Content Specialist, you'll directly shape how AI systems understand and communicate population health, epidemiology, biostatistics, and health equity. This is a high-impact, fully remote contract role built for MPH graduates who want to apply their knowledge in a cutting-edge environment — on their own schedule.
What You'll Do
- Design Complex Public Health Scenarios — Craft advanced prompts and case studies involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and statistical interpretation of clinical trials
- Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Develop rigorous, step-by-step responses grounded in peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and current guidelines from bodies like the CDC and WHO
- Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for accuracy, bias, and adherence to ethical standards — identifying misinformation and logical gaps in reasoning
- Refine AI Reasoning — Provide structured, expert feedback that helps models distinguish correlation from causation, communicate health risks accurately, and serve diverse populations equitably
Who You Are
- Advanced Degree: You hold a Masters in Public Health (MPH), Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH), or a closely related graduate degree
- Domain Expertise: You have strong foundational knowledge in at least two of the following — Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy
- Analytical Writer: You can translate complex health data into clear, actionable, and culturally sensitive written content
- Detail-Oriented: You bring precision when checking statistical significance, verifying data citations, and assessing the logic of health interventions
- No AI experience required — your subject matter expertise is what matters most
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or research coordination
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as R, SAS, or Stata
- Background in health communication, clinical research, or public health monitoring
Why Join Us

- Direct impact — your expertise shapes AI models used by millions of people
- Cutting-edge work — collaborate with top AI research teams and labs at the frontier of AI development
- Autonomy — high agency, task-based work that respects your professional judgment
