Role Overview
We are seeking Senior Physics Consultants to support cutting-edge AI research and evaluation.
In this role, you will design complex physics problems and rigorously evaluate AI models to assess their reasoning capabilities. This is a high-level, research-oriented position focused on advancing AI performance—not teaching or generic annotation work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design advanced, research-grade physics problems for AI systems
- Evaluate and pressure-test AI model reasoning and outputs
- Identify weaknesses, inconsistencies, and reasoning gaps in model responses
- Provide structured expert feedback to improve AI performance
- Contribute to frontier AI safety and evaluation initiatives
Required Qualifications
- PhD in Physics or a closely related field
- 5+ years of post-graduate research or applied physics experience
- Strong background in solving complex, high-level physics problems
- Excellent written communication and analytical reasoning skills
- Fluency in English
