Qualifications

Aligned recruits domain experts — typically PhDs, postdocs, and credentialed practitioners — across STEM, medicine, law, finance, economics, and the social sciences. Onboarding runs through app.alignedhq.ai, including an /onboarding/hourly-rate step where contributors set their own hourly rate. Work is fully remote, project-based, and flexible. Engagements include rating model outputs (RLHF), writing expert-grade demonstrations and prompts, evaluating model reasoning, and contributing novel data in your specialty. Specific qualifications and verification requirements vary by domain (e.g. medical-specialty roles request board-certified or in-training credentials).
