Smooth Onboarding, Waiting for First Project
Onboarding Experience: The contract process through Deel was smooth and professional. The agreement was clear, and the onboarding was straightforward. So Far: I've just joined as a contractor and I'm waiting for my first task assignment. The communication has been decent so far. I'm looking forward to getting started and contributing. Overall: Promising opportunity so far. The platform and process feel legitimate. Once I start receiving tasks and working on projects, I'll have a better picture. Cautiously optimistic and eager to learn. Too early to recommend — I'll update once I start receiving projects and payments

No Information/Support
I have applied to a few applications on the site, passed my interviews, completed onboarding, and still have not received any information from their side. I emailed support staff multiple times, but have not heard anything back from them. No information is available. I have seen many on LinkedIn and Reddit, with complaints about a similar situation.
