Qualifications

iSpot hires across Engineering (software, SRE, infrastructure), Data Science / Research, Product Management, Sales (Brand Partnerships AEs), Business Development, Customer Success, Customer Operations, Finance/Accounting, and Payroll. Roles split between fully-remote and hybrid (1–3 days a week onsite) at offices in Bellevue WA, El Segundo CA, and New York NY; non-office-based roles located further from offices are fully remote. Hiring process is four stages: recruiter chat → hiring-manager screen → team interviews → offer. Compensation targets the 75th market percentile and includes stock options on hire.
