Grafana Labs hires across engineering (backend, distributed systems, observability, database internals, SRE, security, frontend), product, design, developer relations, technical writing, sales, sales engineering, customer success, marketing, and G&A. Almost every corporate role is fully remote and open across a geographic footprint including the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, most of the EU, Australia, and a handful of additional countries where the company has a legal entity or Employer of Record relationship. There is no in-office requirement even for senior leadership. Sales and sales engineering roles carry territory constraints (typically anchor city plus expected travel to enterprise customers).
