Qualifications

Fleet runs two engagement paths. (1) Corporate full-time roles in NYC and San Francisco for AI engineers, researchers, designers, and ops; remote and in-person both supported with generous equity, comprehensive health insurance, and unlimited PTO. (2) Fleet Fellow program — a remote contract role for "Generalist Experts" paying $50/hr to provide expert input on simulation environments and AI agent supervision.
