What is Clinton Health Access Initiative?

The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is a non-profit global health organisation founded in 2002 on the belief that no one should die because they cannot access healthcare. It works with governments, donors and partners on more than 20 programs in over 35 countries across Africa, Asia and Latin America, shaping markets to lower the price of medicines and diagnostics, advising on health policy and helping turn those policies into services.

Qualifications

CHAI hires programme, market-shaping, analytics, finance and operations staff, many based in its program countries. Roles marked telecommute can often be done from one of CHAI's program countries, subject to country leadership approval and work authorisation; others are tied to a country office.
