Professional Tool Specialist

Workada

Personal Workflow Evaluator Contractor
United States November 6, 2026

Job description

You already use professional software every day. Here, you'll use it to train AI. If you work fluently in tools like Salesforce, QuickBooks, Excel, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro, we want your help showing AI systems how skilled people really use them. You'll complete realistic, multistep workflows in the applications you know while your active work is recorded, on your own schedule, from anywhere in the US. Workada connects skilled contributors with meaningful AI work, and your hands-on experience is what makes it realistic.

What You'll Do

You'll do your usual work in your usual tools, and that work becomes training material for AI. Each Task is a realistic workflow in a real application, from setup to a finished deliverable, the way you would do it on the job.

Who We're Looking For

Professional tool users at any skill level: people who work in these applications every day, whether that's managing accounts in a CRM, reconciling books, editing video, or building dashboards. No AI or machine-learning background is needed.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in at least one of the tools listed above, and the ability to complete a multistep workflow in it on your own.
  • Comfort working with realistic records and settings, not only sample data.
  • Precision and attention to detail.
  • Self-directed and reliable, with the ability to work asynchronously with minimal hand-holding.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • English proficiency, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Desktop or laptop running Windows 10 (or later) or a recent version of macOS. Chromebooks, Linux-based systems, and tablets (e.g., iPad, Surface in tablet mode) are not supported.
  • Work directly on your own computer. Remote desktop and remote access tools aren’t permitted.

Workada is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

_This is a 1099 contractor role. Workada doesn't sponsor visas, act as a petitioning employer, file immigration paperwork, or sign offer or support letters tied to a visa category. You must already have work authorization that doesn't depend on Workada's involvement._
