Program Manager III

Meta

Program Manager Contractor
United States $64 – $72/hr November 4, 2026

Job description

Drive adoption and change management for Meta's transition to RainFocus as the events platform. Partner across marketing, events, and vendor teams to onboard users, build enablement, stand up a sustainable support model, and migrate off prior platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the change enablement plan for the RainFocus rollout: stakeholder mapping, adoption milestones, and a communications cadence across impacted marketing and events teams
  • Build and deliver enablement: training sessions, office hours, quick-start guides, and role-based documentation for event builders, admins, and requesters
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to lead the migration from prior event platforms (Splash, Cvent) to RainFocus, including workflow mapping and template and config parity
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Meta stakeholders and the RainFocus vendor team; triage enablement workstreams
  • Identify and track adoption and enablement KPIs (active users, event volume, time to launch, support ticket trends), using data to target improvements
  • Gather and prioritize feature requests and requirements; communicate tradeoffs, roadblocks, and status concisely to stakeholders and leadership
  • Capture and maintain a knowledge base of processes, runbooks, and FAQs to sustain the platform after transition
