Job description
We’d like to speak with staff at US skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities that use a third-party tool, such as an AI documentation, voice or scribe tool, alongside their EHR (PointClickCare or MatrixCare), to learn how the connection works day to day.
What we’d like to understand:
- How the tool connects to your EHR and what setting it up involved, for example approvals, contracts, login credentials or IT work
- When a note is created in the tool, where it ends up in the EHR, and whether that happens automatically or needs a manual step
- How the tool fits into your team’s daily documentation workflow: what works well and what doesn’t
Ideal: Directors of Nursing, Assistant Directors of Nursing, nurse or unit managers, administrators or executive directors, and clinical informatics or IT leads who rolled out or manage the tool, or oversee how their team uses it.
Format: 30 to 45 minute video interview, $200 per interview.
