Job description
Grade model outputs, write clinical cases a model must handle correctly and build the rubrics labs score medical reasoning with. No patient care is involved. Clinical reasoning, diagnosis, and medical literature, where accuracy is everything.
What you would do
- Catch hallucinated dosing, wrong differentials and unsafe advice before it trains a model.
- Write realistic clinical cases covering triage, contraindications and edge presentations.
- Turn clinical reasoning into criteria labs can score models against.
- Find where a model would harm a patient and document why.
Who we look for
- A clinical or health degree: MD, MBBS, DO, pharmacy, nursing or public health.
- Licensed physicians, NPs, PAs and pharmacists for specific task lines. Practice experience is a plus.
- State your license and jurisdiction when you apply: some projects are US-only or EU-only.
