Job description
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced financial services compliance professionals who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for compliance professionals with 5+ years in financial services regulatory compliance or risk to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: regulatory-filing and disclosure review, AI and model-risk governance memos, compliance-policy drafting, control-testing and audit-response documentation, regulator correspondence, and board risk committee materials.
Compensation: $100/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: ASAP

- 5+ years in financial services compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management
- Direct ownership of drafting or reviewing regulatory filings, compliance policy, or control-testing documentation

Ask a model about a regulatory obligation and it answers with confidence, then cites a rule that was superseded two years ago, blurs the line between binding regulation and informal guidance, and applies a European regime to a US filing. Reporting thresholds come out wrong.
A model will answer a compliance question with confidence and still point you toward a HIPAA violation: a disclosure with no authorization, a retention rule from the wrong state, a Stark or anti-kickback trap it never sees.
