Responsibilities

Requirements
- AWS CWI, CWS, or equivalent welding certification preferred
- 5+ years of welding and fabrication experience (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Deep knowledge of metal properties, joint design, and weld quality inspection
- Experience across multiple industries (structural, pipe, sheet metal)
- Ability to clearly explain technical welding processes in writing
