Requirements
- PMP, CCM, or equivalent project management certification preferred
- 7+ years of construction project management or estimating experience
- Deep knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor management
- Familiarity with construction contracts (AIA, ConsensusDocs)
- Experience with Procore, Primavera, or similar construction PM software
