Powered by Base360.ai, our proprietary technology platform, we are building the operating system for modern renting—automating operations, connecting fragmented systems, and creating seamless experiences for guests, landlords, and operators across the world.
We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineering Lead to help scale both our technology and our engineering culture.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll spend the majority of your time building products, solving technical challenges, and architecting systems while also helping guide engineering standards, mentoring team members, and shaping the future of the platform.

What You'll Build
As a Full-Stack Engineering Lead, you'll lead the development of Base360.ai, the technology platform powering every aspect of The Flex.
You'll work across product, engineering, AI, and operations to create scalable systems that automate processes, improve decision-making, and accelerate company growth.
You'll be responsible not only for what gets built, but how it's built.
Your Mission
Lead Product Development
Design, build, and launch high-impact products that improve guest experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
Architect Scalable Systems
Make key technical decisions that ensure the platform remains scalable, reliable, and maintainable as the company grows internationally.
Drive Engineering Excellence
Establish engineering best practices, code quality standards, development workflows, and technical documentation.
Mentor and Support Engineers
Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and help create a high-performance engineering culture focused on continuous improvement.
Build Automation at Scale
Develop systems that eliminate manual work and allow operations to scale efficiently across multiple markets.
Integrate Critical Platforms
Build and maintain integrations with platforms including Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, Google, OpenAI, and other strategic partners.
Leverage AI
Implement AI-powered workflows, tools, and agents that improve productivity and decision-making across the business.
Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with product, operations, revenue, and leadership teams to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.

You don't need experience with every technology listed, but you should be comfortable learning quickly and leading technical decisions.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- Strong full-stack software engineering experience
- Experience designing and scaling production systems
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture
- Experience leading technical projects from concept to deployment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to balance speed with engineering quality
- Strong ownership mentality and bias toward execution
Bonus Points
- Experience leading engineers or technical teams
- Startup or scale-up experience
- Experience with AI products or LLM integrations
- Experience with SaaS, marketplace, travel, or PropTech businesses
- Experience with FastAPI, React, AWS, or Supabase
