Job Title: French Voice Coach
Job Type: Part-time
Location: Remote
Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized voice coaching sessions focused on French pronunciation, diction, and fluency for diverse learners.
- Design and implement tailored exercises to strengthen clients’ verbal and written communication skills.
- Evaluate individual needs and progress, adapting methods to achieve optimal results.
- Provide actionable feedback to boost clients’ confidence and communication clarity.
- Collaborate closely with the customer’s team to develop innovative coaching materials and resources.
- Stay current on best practices in voice coaching and French language instruction.
- Maintain detailed records of coaching sessions and learners’ progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native or near-native proficiency in French with a deep understanding of its phonetics and culture.
- Proven experience in voice coaching, speech therapy, language instruction, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and empathy.
- Ability to motivate and inspire learners to achieve their full potential.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities in a remote work setting.
- Comfort with using digital tools for virtual coaching and resource sharing.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in speech coaching, linguistics, or language education.
- Experience working with multicultural and international teams.
- Background in curriculum development or educational content creation.
