Voice Recording Specialist (AI Training)

About the Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No voice acting experience or audio engineering background required — just a clear, natural speaking voice and a quiet place to record.

What You'll Do

  • Record clear, natural voice samples by reading provided scripts and responding to conversational prompts
  • Vary your tone, pacing, and delivery style as directed to capture a range of speech patterns
  • Ensure recordings are clean, clear, and free from background noise and interference
  • Complete metadata forms that describe and categorize each recording session
  • Participate in both scripted reading sessions and open-ended conversational recordings
  • Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
