We're looking for an experienced Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics work that sits at the intersection of healthcare and cutting-edge AI. You'll bring your domain knowledge to bear on complex clinical datasets, guiding the development of dashboards, data models, and insights that matter.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced healthcare data professionals who want meaningful, high-impact work on their own terms.

What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in building dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Design, maintain, and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to uncover trends, surface actionable insights, and support leadership decisions
- Translate complex healthcare data into trusted, accessible outputs that drive measurable improvements in care delivery and organizational efficiency
- Contribute expertise to AI training projects focused on healthcare data interpretation and clinical analytics evaluation
Who You Are
- Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management within regulated environments
- Proven track record designing and managing BI systems — dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
- Comfortable working across clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in complex healthcare settings
- A clear communicator who can bridge the gap between technical data work and real-world healthcare decisions
- Self-directed and reliable — you deliver quality work without needing to be managed closely
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with EHR systems, claims data, or population health platforms
- Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or outcomes research
- Experience working with large language models or AI-generated content in a healthcare context
