About the Role
What if your deep expertise in clinical analytics and healthcare data could directly shape how AI understands and reasons about some of the most complex, high-stakes information in the world? We're looking for an experienced Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics projects that translate healthcare data into meaningful insights — and in doing so, help train the next generation of AI systems to think more clearly about clinical and operational realities.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced healthcare data professionals who want to do meaningful, high-impact work on their own terms.

What You'll Do

- Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to surface trends, support leadership decisions, and improve care delivery efficiency
- Translate complex healthcare data into clear, trusted insights that non-technical stakeholders can act on

- Proven track record designing and managing BI systems — dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models — in real-world healthcare environments
- Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated settings
- Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between complex data and clear decisions
- Self-directed and reliable — you deliver quality work without needing to be hand-held
Nice to Have
