What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor business intelligence teams in building dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting tools — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to uncover trends, support leadership decisions, and improve care delivery and efficiency
- Apply your clinical domain knowledge to evaluate and improve AI-generated healthcare content, ensuring outputs are accurate, trustworthy, and aligned with real-world practice
- Provide structured, expert feedback on AI outputs related to healthcare data interpretation, BI workflows, and clinical analytics
Who You Are
- Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management — you know how clinical data works in the real world
- Proven ability to design and manage BI systems, including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
- Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
- A strong communicator who can translate complex data findings into clear, decision-ready insights
- Self-motivated and reliable — you deliver quality work without needing close supervision
- Detail-oriented and systematic in your approach to data quality and accuracy
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI tools or model evaluation workflows
- Background in health informatics, population health, or value-based care analytics
- Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI platforms
