You will own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and engage with senior decision-makers across some of the world’s most sophisticated companies. The role requires a strong consultative approach, where you translate business challenges into tailored value propositions and measurable outcomes. You will operate in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment where strategic thinking, persistence, and precision are essential. A key part of your mission will be to build trust with executive stakeholders while navigating long, complex procurement processes. You will also contribute to shaping and refining the enterprise sales motion as the organization continues to scale. Accountabilities:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and close, managing complex, multi-threaded deal processes.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify opportunities, expand footprint, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Engage and influence executive-level stakeholders across procurement, legal, IT, security, and business units.
- Deliver tailored, consultative sales presentations and business cases aligned to each stakeholder’s priorities and needs.
- Maintain strong pipeline discipline while navigating long and complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as customer success and product to ensure seamless handoff and expansion opportunities.
- Contribute to refining enterprise sales strategies and go-to-market practices in a rapidly evolving SaaS environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a strong track record of closing large, complex deals.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving procurement, legal, security, and executive review.
- Strong consultative, value-based selling skills with the ability to build compelling business cases.
- Executive presence with excellent communication and relationship-building skills at senior levels.
- AI fluency as part of daily workflow, particularly for research, prospecting, and deal preparation.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage long sales cycles and complex deal structures.
- Experience contributing to or operating within an early-stage or high-growth enterprise sales motion is highly valued.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
