About the Role

We're looking for Norwegian language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Norwegian-language content. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience required — just a deep fluency in Norwegian and a sharp eye for quality.

What You'll Do

  • Review AI-generated Norwegian translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness
  • Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, or cultural issues
  • Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate Norwegian
  • Provide structured, detailed feedback on linguistic and cultural quality
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Native or near-native fluency in Norwegian (Bokmål and/or Nynorsk)
  • Strong written communication skills in Norwegian
  • Solid command of contemporary Norwegian usage across different contexts and registers
  • Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale
  • Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach
  • No prior AI or tech experience required

  • Experience in translation, localization, editing, or linguistics
  • Familiarity with AI or language evaluation workflows
