Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribe Romanian-language videos with exceptional accuracy, clearly indicating corresponding timestamps.
- Assess and describe the speaker’s emotionality, capturing subtle shifts in tone and intent.
- Conduct in-depth grammar, syntax, and tone analysis to deliver insightful linguistic evaluations.
- Define and explain challenging or nuanced words, including their conceptual and contextual meanings.
- Complete a variety of advanced language tasks, contributing to language optimization and localization projects.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure task consistency and quality throughout deliverables.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive or proprietary content.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent proficiency in both Romanian and English—written and verbal—with an emphasis on precise communication.
- Demonstrated experience in transcription, translation, or language analysis at a professional or academic level.
- Acute attention to detail and the ability to capture complex linguistic and emotional nuances.
- Strong analytical skills, especially in grammar, tone, and semantic interpretation.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to commit at least 15 hours per week to assigned tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine care for clarity and accuracy.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in standard digital collaboration tools (e.g., Google Suite, video platforms).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, Translation, Communication, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with video transcription and detailed language annotation projects.
- Background in content localization or emotion analysis in multimedia contexts.
