About the Role

We're looking for experienced Mental Health Practitioners in the Chicago area to evaluate and improve AI-generated career guidance — ensuring it reflects the realities of clinical practice, licensure, and professional development in the mental health field.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background required — just professional depth, strong written communication, and a genuine interest in contributing to something that matters.

What You'll Do

  • Review career-related questions from mental health professionals across different career stages
  • Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level, experience-backed career guidance
  • Create objective evaluation rubrics to assess the quality and accuracy of AI-generated career advice
  • Flag inaccurate, outdated, or unrealistic recommendations produced by AI systems
  • Bring your real-world professional knowledge to strengthen AI career coaching capabilities
  • Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule, at your own pace

Who You Are

  • Experienced as a Mental Health Practitioner, Therapist, Counselor, Psychologist, Social Worker, or related licensed professional
  • Strong understanding of mental health career trajectories, Illinois licensure requirements, and clinical practice realities
  • Experience mentoring, supervising, or advising colleagues or trainees is highly valued
  • Excellent written communication skills — you can make complex professional knowledge accessible and actionable
  • Self-motivated and consistent when working independently without direct supervision
  • No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

  • Active professional license in Illinois or another US state
  • Supervisory, training, or clinical education experience
  • Specialized clinical certifications or areas of practice
  • Familiarity with Midwest mental health career landscapes and workforce dynamics
  • Experience with AI tools, content evaluation, or research
