About the Role

What if your clinical knowledge and career experience in mental health could directly improve how AI advises the next generation of practitioners? We're looking for experienced Mental Health Practitioners across Florida to evaluate and improve AI-generated career guidance — ensuring it reflects the real demands, pathways, and professional realities of working in mental health.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to licensed and experienced mental health professionals throughout Florida. No AI or technical background required — just professional expertise and strong written communication.

What You'll Do

  • Review career-related questions from mental health professionals at different points in their careers
  • Write high-quality "golden answers" that provide expert-level, realistic, and actionable career guidance
  • Create evaluation rubrics used to objectively assess AI-generated career advice
  • Identify inaccurate, misleading, or unhelpful recommendations produced by AI systems
  • Share your professional insight to help improve AI career coaching tools
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Experienced as a Mental Health Practitioner, Therapist, Counselor, Psychologist, Social Worker, or related licensed professional
  • Strong understanding of mental health career paths, Florida licensure requirements, and the practical realities of clinical work
  • Experience mentoring, supervising, or guiding other professionals is highly valued
  • Excellent written communication skills — clear, concise, and grounded in real-world experience
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working without direct supervision
  • No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

  • Active professional license in Florida or another US state
  • Clinical supervision or training experience
  • Specialized areas of practice or advanced certifications
