About the Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just your expertise, your professional perspective, and a commitment to quality.

What You'll Do

  • Review career-related questions submitted by mental health professionals at various stages of their careers
  • Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert, experience-grounded career guidance
  • Develop objective evaluation rubrics to measure the quality of AI-generated career advice
  • Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations generated by AI systems
  • Bring your real-world professional knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
  • Work independently and asynchronously — entirely on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Experienced as a Mental Health Practitioner, Therapist, Counselor, Psychologist, Social Worker, or related licensed professional
  • Strong understanding of mental health career paths, Texas licensure requirements, and clinical practice realities
  • Experience mentoring, supervising, or advising other professionals is a strong plus
  • Excellent written communication skills — you can turn complex professional knowledge into clear, actionable guidance
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
  • No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

  • Active professional license in Texas or another US state
  • Supervisory or clinical training and mentorship experience
  • Specialized certifications or areas of clinical practice
  • Familiarity with mental health career landscapes and workforce needs in Texas and the broader South
  • Experience with content evaluation, research, or quality assurance
