About the Role

What if your experience navigating the mental health profession in Canada could help AI give better career guidance to clinicians everywhere? We're looking for experienced Mental Health Practitioners in Toronto to evaluate and improve AI-generated career guidance — ensuring it reflects the real pathways, licensing realities, and professional nuances of working in mental health.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background required — just deep professional expertise, strong written communication, and a genuine interest in meaningful work.

What You'll Do

  • Review career-related questions from mental health professionals at various stages of their careers
  • Write high-quality "golden answers" providing expert-level, experience-backed career guidance
  • Develop objective evaluation rubrics to assess the accuracy and quality of AI-generated career advice
  • Identify inaccurate, outdated, or unrealistic AI-generated recommendations
  • Contribute your real-world professional knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
  • Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Experienced as a Mental Health Practitioner, Therapist, Counsellor, Psychologist, Social Worker, or related regulated professional in Canada
  • Strong understanding of Canadian mental health career paths, Ontario registration requirements, and clinical practice realities
  • Familiarity with regulated health profession frameworks in Ontario (e.g., CRPO, CPO, OCSWSSW) is a significant asset
  • Experience mentoring, supervising, or advising other professionals is highly valued
  • Excellent written communication skills in English — you can translate deep professional knowledge into practical, actionable guidance
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
  • No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

  • Active professional registration or licence in Ontario or another Canadian province
  • Clinical supervision, training, or field education experience
  • Specialized certifications or areas of clinical practice
  • Awareness of the Canadian mental health workforce landscape and cross-provincial registration differences
  • Familiarity with AI tools, content evaluation, or research workflows
