About the Role

What if your years of sales experience could directly shape how AI guides the next generation of Account Executives and B2B sales professionals? We're looking for experienced sales professionals in the New York area to help train, evaluate, and improve next-generation AI systems — ensuring they can deliver accurate, practical, and realistic career guidance to professionals at every stage of their careers.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background required — just deep, hands-on experience in B2B sales and a sharp eye for what good career advice actually looks like.

What You'll Do

  • Review career-related questions submitted by professionals at different stages of their sales careers
  • Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within the Account Executive and B2B sales field
  • Create objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice
  • Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations generated by AI systems
  • Contribute your real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Proven professional experience as an Account Executive or B2B Sales Professional
  • Strong understanding of sales career progression, pipeline management, prospecting, and closing strategies
  • Experience mentoring or coaching sales professionals is highly valued
  • Excellent written communication skills — you can explain complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Able to provide practical, actionable, and realistic career advice grounded in real experience
  • No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

  • SaaS or technology sales experience
  • Enterprise sales background
  • Sales leadership or management experience
  • Consistent record of quota attainment
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training junior sales professionals
