Jobgether

Account Executive (SMB) Full-time
United States June 8, 2026

Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Executive, Settlement & Notary based in United States.

This role is a high-impact, full-cycle enterprise sales position focused on transforming how notarizations and settlement workflows are managed across the U.S. real estate and adjacent industries. It sits at the center of a rapidly digitizing market, where legacy manual processes are being replaced by AI-driven scheduling, remote notarization, and automated workflow platforms. The position is responsible for driving new customer acquisition while also ensuring successful delivery and long-term adoption of the solution. You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders across financial services, legal, title, and other verticals, helping them modernize outdated processes. The role combines outbound pipeline generation, inbound conversion, and strategic deal execution across fast-moving sales cycles. It is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional who thrives in early-stage, high-growth environments and enjoys building markets from the ground up.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and execute the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and closing of new enterprise accounts
  • Generate outbound pipeline across non-mortgage verticals such as financial services, legal, estate planning, and other emerging markets
  • Qualify inbound leads and manage fast-moving deal cycles ranging from rapid conversions to longer enterprise sales processes
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand customer workflows, pain points, and value opportunities before presenting solutions
  • Drive commercial conversations, including pricing, scoping, and contract negotiation in collaboration with legal and internal teams
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene while tracking all activity and deal progression
  • Partner with solutions consultants to support technical evaluations and ensure accurate implementation planning
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and legal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and strong post-sale adoption
  • Build and manage relationships with decision-makers across multiple industries and organizational levels
  • Ensure revenue ownership across both new bookings and post-sale success to drive long-term customer value

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services sales experience
  • Proven ability to generate outbound pipeline and close deals without reliance on inbound leads or SDR support
  • Strong track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing deals in the $30K–$250K ARR range
  • Excellent discovery skills with the ability to identify customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions
  • Experience selling into or understanding financial services, legal, title, settlement, or related industries is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with notarization workflows, remote online notarization (RON), or eSign solutions is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable working in startup or lean team environments with high ownership and limited structure
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce and familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Gong or HubSpot
  • AI fluency and ability to leverage AI tools to support prospecting, outreach, and sales execution workflows

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation with $125,000 base salary and $125,000 variable pay (OTE $250,000)
  • Meaningful equity participation in a high-growth company
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match up to 4%
  • Flexible PTO policy, paid sick days, and company-wide holiday breaks
  • Generous parental leave of up to 16 weeks
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions and flexible spending accounts
  • Annual lifestyle stipend to support well-being and personal needs
  • Family-building benefit and dependent care support
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility and autonomy
