Product Manager - Platform Growth & Scaling

Product Strategy & Vision

• Partner with product leadership to define platform roadmaps balancing:

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience

• Experience scaling products to millions of users

• Experience at:

  • High-growth startups
  • Fast-scaling technology companies

• Marketplace or workforce platform experience preferred

Product & Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of:

  • Product-led growth
  • Activation funnels
  • User onboarding
  • Retention systems

• Experience with:

• Ability to analyze:

Compensation

• Base salary:
  • $140,000+
  • OTE/OTB included
