About the Role

We are seeking IT & Back Office Experts to support AI model training by designing complex operational workflows and evaluating AI-generated outputs.

In this role, you will create realistic scenarios across IT support, customer support, HR operations, and administrative workflows, and assess how AI systems perform in managing back-office functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end support workflows across IT and back-office functions
  • Build scenarios involving helpdesk, HR ops, and customer support processes
  • Create and evaluate support artifacts (tickets, runbooks, KB articles)
  • Assess AI-generated outputs and provide structured feedback
  • Support development of AI systems for operational workflows
  • Clearly articulate reasoning behind support and operational decisions

Areas of Work

  • IT Support (helpdesk triage, access management, device setup)
  • Customer Support (ticket routing, escalations, knowledge base)
  • HR Operations (onboarding, HRIS updates, benefits)
  • Admin & Facilities (expenses, travel, coordination)

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in IT support, customer support, HR ops, or admin roles
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
  • Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, BambooHR)
  • Understanding of support workflows and escalation processes
  • Ability to produce and interpret operational documentation
  • Strong written communication and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience across multiple back-office domains
  • Familiarity with SSO, access management, or procurement systems
  • Experience managing knowledge bases or runbooks

Compensation

  • $35 – $75/hour depending on experience
  • Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise
