The Global Talent Co.
Employs AI-trained professionals in LatAm, South Africa and Europe and embeds them full time in US/EU client teams. 80 live roles, top-5% entry, paid case study, local-market pay.
What is The Global Talent Co.?
The Global Talent Co., known as TGTC, places full-time professionals from Latin America, South Africa and parts of Europe inside the teams of US and European companies, while acting as their legal employer. Rather than a client hiring abroad directly, TGTC sources and tests candidates, employs them on compliant local contracts, and handles payroll, benefits, tax and compliance for a single monthly invoice. It also offers a standalone Employer of Record service, and a human data arm supplying employed annotators, evaluators, domain experts, speech recording and first-person video collection for AI teams, with native Spanish and Portuguese capability. The operating entity is The Global Talent Technology Company, Inc., and its older domain globaltalent.co now redirects to tgtc.io. It was co-founded by Roman Kirsch, who is CEO, and Brett Stapper, and began by placing South African marketing talent before broadening across functions and regions. It reports more than 100 client companies, with named stories including Koio, Steno and The Pets Table. Sources disagree on network size: third-party profiles cite more than 400,000 vetted professionals, while TGTC's own case study describes over 100,000 candidates who completed skills assessments, which likely count different things. What separates it from a referral funnel is that TGTC itself employs you; its FAQ states you hold a local contract with TGTC while working full time inside one client's team. Its Ashby board listed 80 openings at time of writing, 75 flagged remote and 78 full time. The model is built on cost difference, pitched to clients as talent below home-country hiring cost, so salaries follow local markets rather than US or Western European rates.
Mission & values
Give companies full-time, AI-fluent professionals embedded in their teams, and give talent in emerging markets stable employment with global companies.
Qualifications
Getting in is deliberately selective. You apply online, then take three tests covering role skills, soft skills for remote work, and AI fluency, and TGTC states only the top five percent are accepted. Accepted candidates interview with a TGTC recruiter, then with the client company, then complete a short case study on real work that TGTC pays for, worth noting given how often that stage goes unpaid elsewhere. Successful hires join full time on TGTC's payroll, embedded in one client's team and tools. Every new hire completes Anthropic's Claude Academy within 30 days, TGTC covers a Claude subscription for 12 months, and there are ongoing webinars, courses, hackathons and in-person meetups. Eligibility is regional, not global, and broader than the marketing copy suggests. The site says Latin America and South Africa, but of 80 live roles the largest groups were tagged Latin America, Johannesburg, Germany, Gauteng, Cape Town and Poland, with others in Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Romania and Kenya. Many roles require German or French. Some South African listings name a city, so confirm a role is fully remote before applying. Published pay on eight roles gives a realistic picture: ZAR 22,000 to 27,000 a month for German-speaking customer care in Johannesburg, ZAR 22,000 to 26,000 a month for a marketing generalist, EUR 30,000 to 36,000 a year for German-speaking sales roles in Poland and Germany, and EUR 60,000 to 90,000 for client director roles in Germany. Updates come by email, with TGTC aiming to reply within 14 days.
