Qualifications

Contributors are independent contractors, not Meridial employees. Onboarding: select skills and languages, share background and availability, complete domain-expertise verification (STEM, law, safety, linguistics, coding, etc.), pass ID verification, then receive an invitation to the marketplace. Qualified experts can begin reviewing project invitations within ~48 hours. The schedule is fully flexible — no minimum or maximum hours — and you can accept or decline each project. Engagements are not guaranteed and depend on client demand, specialization, and language coverage. Confidentiality agreements may be required per project. Contractors supply their own secure computer and internet; no employee benefits (health insurance, PTO) apply.
