Karat provides technical interview and screening services for hiring companies: expert evaluation, global benchmarks and workforce intelligence for what it calls the human + AI era. Its Interview Engineers, experienced software engineers working as contractors, conduct technical interviews with software developers around the world on Karat's platform, evaluating coding skills, technical knowledge and communication, and are paid for the interviews they complete. Karat was founded in 2014.
Qualifications
Karat takes experienced software engineers into its Interview Engineer community as contractors in 31 countries. It also hires staff for product management, product and data engineering, solutions engineering, client advisory, technical content and communications, in the US, India and Mexico.
