Qualifications
Function Health hires across two distinct tracks. (1) **Clinical** — board-certified physicians, NPs, PAs, and care navigators reviewing lab results; clinical roles are remote-eligible but require active state licensure aligned with the populations served. (2) **Non-clinical** — engineering (web, mobile, ML, platform, infrastructure), product, design, growth, content, ops, finance, legal, and people — predominantly **US-remote** with regular in-person collaboration weeks.
