Docplanner
European healthtech: patient booking marketplaces (ZnanyLekarz, Doctoralia) plus SaaS for doctors and clinics. ~2M professionals, 100k+ customers, 12+ countries. Unicorn backed by Goldman Sachs.
What is Docplanner?
Docplanner is a European healthtech company built around one goal: connecting patients with doctors and making the appointment work for both sides. It runs two connected businesses. The first is a set of online marketplaces where patients find doctors, read reviews, and book appointments, best known as ZnanyLekarz in Poland and Doctoralia in Spain and much of Latin America, plus local brands in other markets. The second is SaaS practice-management software that doctors and clinics use to run their schedules, calendars, reminders, and patient communication (including the TuoTempo product for larger clinics and hospitals). The two sides reinforce each other: patients get easy booking, and doctors get software plus a stream of new patients. Docplanner was founded in 2012 in Poland; its co-founder and CEO is Mariusz Gralewski. The company has grown to more than 1,800 employees across hubs including Warsaw and Barcelona, with additional offices in Istanbul, Rome, Mexico City, Curitiba, and Bologna, and it serves a network of roughly 2 million healthcare professionals and 100,000+ paying customers across more than 12 countries. It has raised around 300M EUR from investors including Point Nine, Goldman Sachs, and One Peak, reaching unicorn status, and grew through both organic expansion and acquisitions such as Doctoralia and TuoTempo.
Mission & values
Make the healthcare experience more human by connecting patients with doctors through easy booking, and giving doctors the software to run their practice and reach more patients.
Qualifications
Docplanner hires across engineering (backend, full-stack, frontend, mobile, data, platform, security), product and design, data science, plus a large commercial and operations organization: sales and account management (selling the software to doctors and clinics), customer success and onboarding, support, and marketing, along with medical/clinical content and G&A. Its engineering arm (Docplanner Tech) is known for a strong engineering culture and hires across its European and Latin American footprint. Application flow lives at docplanner.com and docplanner.tech (careers). The company is remote-friendly, with many engineering and some other roles remote within the countries where it operates; local language matters for market-facing and commercial roles (for example Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or Turkish for specific markets), and work authorization in those countries applies. Check each posting for language, location, and remote eligibility.
