Chemin provides end-to-end AI services including data curation, data labeling and annotation, model training and evaluation, and access to a global network of AI talent. In 2025, TDCX acquired SUPA, a data labeling and annotation platform, and integrated it into Chemin to enhance its data operations and AI infrastructure capabilities. Launched in 2025 by Laurent Junique — founder and CEO of TDCX — Chemin is led by Lianne Dehaye as Head of Chemin. Backed by the publicly traded TDCX Group, Chemin operates globally with teams across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas.
