Qualifications

For data annotation and quality control roles, no formal degree is required — attention to detail, the ability to follow guidelines, and language proficiency in the target language are essential. Native-level fluency in the target language is required for language-specific annotation, QC, and crawling roles. For engineering and research positions, a Master's or Doctoral degree in computer science or a related field is typically expected, along with proficiency in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or JAX. Experience with distributed training or inference, CUDA, Triton, and distributed optimization is valued for technical roles. The company leverages state-of-the-art GPU infrastructure for large language model training and fine-tuning.
