Qualifications

Native or fluent English proficiency and strong attention to detail are core requirements. Candidates must be able to consistently follow complex annotation guidelines and communicate feedback clearly. A passion for narrative-driven gaming is highly valued. The application process includes a screening test assessing personality, the ability to identify human-like AI responses, and annotation skills with a focus on humor and emotional intelligence. Preferred backgrounds include storytelling, creative writing, copywriting, content development, media, film, audio, narrative design, performing arts, psychology, philosophy, communications, journalism, game design, game development, or STEM disciplines. Prior experience with AI/ML concepts, data annotation, or data analysis is a strong plus.
