We are a staffing agency recruiting on behalf of a growing service-based business seeking a proactive Bilingual Operations & Client Success Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, client communication, and business growth.This is a varied role that combines operations, customer service, administration, and business development. The successful candidate will help keep projects on track, ensure clients are billed accurately and on time, manage subcontractor payments, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.We're looking for someone who is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working in both Spanish and English. Key Responsibilities

Operations & Project Coordination

  • Coordinate and track active projects from start to completion
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues as they arise
  • Ensure tasks are completed on schedule and communicate updates to clients
  • Maintain accurate records and operational workflows

Client Communication

  • Answer inbound phone calls and respond to client inquiries
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication
  • Follow up with clients to ensure a positive customer experience

Billing & Administrative Support

  • Track client billing and ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time
  • Monitor recurring payments and autopay arrangements
  • Assist with payment tracking and administrative reporting
  • Maintain accurate financial and customer records

Business Development

  • Support outbound calls and follow-up with prospective clients
  • Assist with converting inquiries into new business opportunities
  • Encourage satisfied clients to leave online reviews and testimonials
  • Help identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in operations, administration, customer service, or client coordination
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling phone calls and communicating confidently with clients
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, operations, project coordination, or service-based businesses
  • Experience with billing, invoicing, or accounts administration
  • Previous experience in sales support or customer success
  • Prior remote work experience
