Business Development Representative (BDR) – Enterprise Growth

We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support the growth of our enterprise pipeline in the AI data, data annotation, and LLM services space.

This role focuses on strategic outbound prospecting, enterprise account mapping, and generating qualified meetings with organizations investing in AI, machine learning, and generative AI initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and engage enterprise accounts through targeted outbound outreach
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
  • Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for senior sales stakeholders
  • Research and map key decision-makers across AI/ML, product, operations, procurement, and innovation teams
  • Identify opportunities related to data annotation, human-in-the-loop workflows, LLM evaluation, and AI data operations
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure pipeline visibility
  • Share market feedback and contribute to refining outreach strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or business development roles within B2B sales
  • Strong outbound prospecting and enterprise account research skills
  • Proven ability to engage complex buying groups and generate qualified opportunities
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and modern sales prospecting tools
  • Experience in AI/ML services, data services, outsourcing, or tech-enabled services is a plus

  • Consistently initiating conversations with enterprise prospects aligned with the company’s strategic ICP
  • Building high-quality, sales-accepted pipeline rather than focusing on low-value activity
  • Establishing early credibility with AI, data, product, and operations stakeholders
  • Enabling access to new logos and high-potential enterprise accounts
  • Providing actionable market insights on buyer needs, use cases, and messaging effectiveness
  • Demonstrating disciplined execution while adapting quickly in a fast-evolving AI services market
