What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical content, EHR workflows, and health informatics outputs for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability
- Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated nursing and clinical documentation
- Provide structured expert feedback on how well AI systems reflect genuine nursing practice and patient care standards
- Assess the usability and clinical soundness of AI-designed health information system recommendations
- Apply your knowledge of EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner) to evaluate whether AI outputs align with real clinical documentation workflows
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands-on experience in clinical informatics or health IT
- Experienced with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows in real healthcare settings
- Strong analytical thinker able to assess AI outputs critically against nursing best practices
- Detail-oriented and consistent in applying evaluation standards
- Clear and effective written communicator
- Comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
- Background in health IT project implementation or clinical workflow redesign
- Familiarity with AI tools, large language models, or AI evaluation processes
- Experience in specialty nursing areas such as ICU, oncology, or surgical care
