We're looking for Nursing Informatics Specialists to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on clinical and health IT content. You'll bring real-world nursing knowledge to the table, helping ensure AI tools reflect accurate workflows, safe documentation practices, and the realities of patient care.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role working alongside world-leading AI research teams.

What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical content, EHR workflows, and health IT responses for accuracy and real-world validity
- Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe recommendations in AI outputs related to nursing practice and clinical documentation
- Translate your frontline nursing experience into structured, actionable feedback that improves AI quality
- Assess how well AI systems reflect real EHR workflows (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and clinical processes
- Provide ratings and written evaluations using clear, structured guidelines
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in health informatics or health IT
- Hands-on experience with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner
- Strong ability to analyze clinical workflows and identify where AI outputs fall short
- Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- No prior AI experience required — your clinical knowledge is what matters
Nice to Have
- Experience in clinical informatics, nursing education, or healthcare quality improvement
- Familiarity with data annotation, evaluation, or quality assurance workflows
- Background in healthcare compliance, documentation standards, or patient safety
