What You'll Do

- Review and assess how AI interprets EHR workflows, clinical documentation, and nursing care processes
- Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe assumptions in AI responses related to nursing informatics
- Translate your clinical experience into structured, actionable feedback that improves AI model quality
- Flag issues with how AI handles patient data concepts, care coordination, and clinical decision support
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in informatics or health IT
- Hands-on familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing care standards
- Able to analyze AI outputs critically and communicate feedback clearly in writing
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently on structured tasks
- No prior AI experience required — your clinical expertise is what matters
Nice to Have
