This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced nursing professionals who are ready to make an impact beyond their traditional setting.

What You'll Do
- Apply your clinical knowledge to evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to nursing workflows, EHR systems, and healthcare documentation
- Review AI outputs for clinical accuracy, safety, and alignment with real-world nursing practice
- Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated clinical scenarios and recommend corrections
- Translate complex nursing workflows and informatics concepts into clear, structured feedback for AI training teams
- Assess how well AI systems represent EHR interactions, clinical decision-making, and documentation standards
- Work independently and asynchronously — on a schedule that fits your life
Who You Are
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in clinical informatics or health IT
- Hands-on experience working with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Strong ability to analyze clinical workflows and identify where documentation or system design falls short
- Clear, structured written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and patient safety standards
- No prior AI experience required — your clinical expertise is what matters
Nice to Have
- Background in nursing informatics, clinical data analysis, or health IT implementation
- Experience with data annotation, quality review, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI tools or language model applications in healthcare
- Credentials such as ANCC Nursing Informatics Certification (RN-BC)
