Job description
Mercor is recruiting experienced management consultants for an immediate-start AI evaluation project with one of the world's leading AI companies. In this reviewer-focused role, you will evaluate and refine tasks created by professionals across diverse industries using detailed evaluation rubrics.
Rather than creating consulting deliverables, you will apply structured judgment to review task quality, provide concise written feedback, and collaborate with contributors during live working sessions to improve outputs. This engagement begins with a one-week sprint and offers the potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
Key Responsibilities
Review and Evaluate Tasks
- Review tasks created by professionals from various occupations.
- Evaluate work using detailed rubrics and standardized evaluation criteria.
- Apply objective, consistent judgment across all reviews.
Provide Quality Feedback
- Deliver concise, actionable written feedback.
- Identify quality gaps and recommend improvements.
- Ensure submitted work meets project standards.
Collaborate with Contributors
- Participate in live working sessions with writers.
- Resolve review comments and feedback during collaborative calls.
- Complete a short calibration onboarding to align with project expectations.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of full-time experience as a management consultant.
Experience applying detailed rubrics, evaluation frameworks, or quality standards consistently.
Must be based in the United States.
Available to begin work immediately.
Available to commit 30–40 hours per week.
Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported).
Compensation
- $70–$200 USD per hour
