Role Overview

Join a leading AI lab's cutting-edge Generative AI team and help build the next generation of Large Language Models (LLMs).

This opportunity is designed for experienced Finance Program Coordinators with strong finance operations and project coordination experience. You will help manage finance-focused AI training programs by coordinating finance-domain experts, maintaining high-quality workflows, tracking task execution, and ensuring consistent delivery across AI training initiatives.

This is a W-2 employment opportunity through Cincinnatus LLC, with placement at a leading AI laboratory as part of its extended workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate Finance AI Training Programs

  • Serve as the primary coordinator between finance-domain experts and AI training program teams.
  • Keep finance-related projects on schedule by resolving execution gaps and ensuring timely delivery.

Manage Operational Workflows

  • Design and maintain task tracking, escalation, and quality assurance workflows for finance evaluation projects.
  • Monitor project progress and improve operational efficiency.

Monitor Quality and Performance

  • Track rater productivity, quality metrics, and project health.
  • Prepare clear written status updates and provide actionable feedback to contributors.

Support Finance Subject Matter Experts

  • Respond to finance-related operational questions from raters and reviewers.
  • Escalate complex or ambiguous issues to senior subject matter experts when appropriate.

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work closely with finance SMEs, researchers, and program managers to ensure consistent, accurate, and high-quality AI training data.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of professional experience in finance, finance operations, or related business operations.

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams, projects, or operational programs.

  • Experience managing contributors, analysts, reviewers, or similar teams while maintaining quality standards and deadlines.

  • Demonstrated career progression (for example: Financial Analyst → Senior Analyst → Program or Project Coordinator).

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Available to work at least 35 hours per week during weekdays.

Compensation

  • $40–$60 per hour
