OneForma is looking for native speakers to join Project MAPPA, a remote annotation project focused on improving multilingual AI search experiences.
In this project, participants will evaluate the relevance of search results by scoring retrieved content according to detailed annotation guidelines. Your work will help improve the performance of multilingual search ranking Large Language Models (LLMs), making AI-powered search more accurate and useful for users worldwide.
We are currently recruiting native speakers of Italian (it-IT), Dutch (nl-NL), German (de-DE), French (fr-FR), and Spanish (es-ES).
Purpose:
The purpose of this project is to evaluate the relevance of search results and contribute to the development of more accurate multilingual search ranking systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
Main Requirements:
- Native speaker of one of the following languages: Italian, Dutch, German, French, or Spanish.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Search relevance annotation experience is preferred but not required—entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Must successfully complete the required English assessment questionnaire.
- Must have access to a laptop or desktop computer with a microphone and a reliable internet connection.
